The perfect tracks for an endless summer breeze, salty textures, shiny & well tanned, hitting that sweet spot between uplifting, dreamy & euphoric grooves.

Title track "Mango smoothy" delivers a long consistent almost non evolving intro, until the surprise of funky melodic riffs & pads swell into Trumpets & Saxophones expressing an endless dance in pure simplicity & precise musicianship.

"Surf your eyes" eludes to dreamy pads & a Bass-line tied to those morning after-hours, when dancers are purely relying on the groove's persistence into the sunrise, in order to soak the sun & go directly surfing.

"Red Flip" The switch to wake up into full euphoria, but with a nostalgic romantic melancholy, driving lucid textures & a stunning melodic journey from the beginning to the end while emphasising the signature Low frequencies to uplift the dance.

"Back to it" The deepest track in the Ep, pure ear candy for deep house lovers, & a full satiating meal for the lovers of Sam's signature sound.

"Trip to Zanzibar" Closing B side, calmly wrapping up the album, through jazzy minimalistic pads, & the state of art simplicity of percussive elements.

Big up the Bassline And Tape Throb y'all ! Tape throb, this is "is an attempt to get to a time in electronic music, where everything sounds warmer", explains the Irish producer Andrew Morrison known as Buz Ludzha (aka @the-cyclist). His newest EP "Basslines for life" contains four wobbled and multilayered tracks entwisting cassette textures, blown-out bass and warehouse rhythm. One of it, "Vibradreams", was already premiered in Boiler Room Debuts. The EP is out today on well-loved LA label @100percentsilk and we're exclusively streaming "Basslines for Life". Jam out!

Axe On Wax's Axe Traxx drops its second hand-stamped vinyl only release, a split EP featuring originals from Trudge and Die Roh.
After the well received first release, Axe Traxx returns with another collection of rough, raw, filtered house killer tracks. The first EP from Sonderr and remixed by Mall Grab (both Australian) was supported by many in the scene and this split EP showcases two different approaches to analogue productions. The raw in your face filtered House of Parisian talent Trudge and the always splendidly crafted grooves of Sagat and DJ octopus, aka Die Roh. Trudge's 'Give' sounds like a mix between Mall Grab and Ross From Friends, between Churches and Lobster Theremin: a distorted and in part broken 909 beat guides the cut, whilst a slow melodic loved up vocal creates the perfect summery vibe.  The limited 180g vinyl Axe Traxx 2 is out in late July !

The dim glow cast a hazy flourish of light across the early morning sky. Soon it would fall beneath the surface of sight and the soft moon would vanish into the warm blue of daylight. In the greenhouse the flowers began to blossom and awaken beneath the first hint of the morning glow. The glass flickered beneath the glimmering beams and the murky green shadows within were illuminated and set alight. The rest of the park was quiet and still as the day broke. The night was gone. 

Coastdream is set to release a debut EP on X-Kalay who have consistently released music of supreme quality. This one is a sun kissed, summer ready house track with sublime form.

Brandon Knocke is a Portland-based musician who may be more familiar to you as @Body-san. Knocke has released music under a number of different aliases throughout the years, perhaps most notably as Discoverer, on the dreamier and more experimental side of the spectrum. His music as Body-San has a similar flavour to it, keeping that same West Coast haziness but generally in a more house-leaning direction. With two fantastic long format cassette tapes released via 100% Silk and 1080p, as well as a couple of singles over the past two years, Body-san is back with his first 12" which will be released by East London's Lo Recordings, a label that has quietly been around for 20 years, releasing music from a very wide variety of artists.

"Pacific Reasons" is a four track EP chock-full of sun-kissed melodies, warm chords and crisp percussion. From the twilight vibes of 'Topaz Chalice' to the meditative feelings of 'Central Casting' and 'Liquid Entrance', Brandon Knocke's music continues to evoke emotion while still being dance floor appropriate. The title track and our premiere today, B1 'Pacific Reasons' starts off very subdued with some airy chords and hazy atmospheres. The drums and bass act more like supportive elements in this slowly developing moody number rather than being up front and centre. Vocal melodies and synth lines emerge from the mist, like the sun peaking in through early morning fog until we get a chance to bask in the full warmth of its rays, but only for a brief moment as it is once again submerged in the clouds.
