For this next release, we’re thrilled to welcome Indian producer KarmasynK. Currently a resident of Los Angeles and self-described ‘sound alchemist’ this young talent has risen sharply drawing attention and releases on such labels as C4C, Formation, Play Me Records and more. 

Setting the tone with ‘You’, minimal drums draw the listener in with a sultry RnB vocal vibe. Striking the tone between uplifting liquid and tight dancefloor roller, the track weaves in both electronic and eastern influences. 

On the flipside ‘Electric Blue’ takes things up a notch – starting out with an ominous build, the track quickly drops into a heavy electric steppa sprinkled with Vangelis-esque pads. Haunting, grimey, unique, and just a taste of things to come from this promising artist.

“I Think It’s A Dream” opens with haunting pads easing the listener into the vibe before dropping into a twisting and turning bassline. As the track continues Jazzatron bring in techy elements to keep things fresh for the late-night rolling crew.

We begin a journey into the enigmatic mind and music of @sobodnb, the Drum and Bass alter ego of Texas based producer RUN DMT. Over a year after releasing his first single on CODE in 2017, Sobo returns with an emotional dancefloor pounder, “Break My Heart”.

The track begins as an epic wash of piano and percussion that crescendos into a massive drop that is highlighted by the hypnotic repeating of the titular phrase. The track has the perfect amount of intensity for both your listening and dancing pleasure. A future classic in the making.

Smote delivers his 2nd release on CODE Recordings with the Save Me EP.

The title track “Save Me” starts out this journey with a smooth vocal and a beautiful rolling bassline complementing the lush piano chords. Destined to be a modern liquid track that can still light up the dancefloor.

Slovakia meets Germany in track two - Equipped with pulsing leads and punchy basslines as TBase joins in the fun for “Without You”.

Next up we have some gorgeous synths lead into a cripplingly deep sub as the beat carries you into “Reality Mood”.

Smote finishes off his debut CODE Recordings EP with reflective liquid rolling vibes on “Far Away From You”.

Ride The Wave - BBC Radio 1 Premier 090120

Sobo is back with “Someone Else” the 3rd single off his forthcoming debut album. This time Sobo teams up with Fort Worth’s ‘Louie The Singer’ who delivers a stylish R&B vocal vibe for the tune.

The track starts out as a rainy late-night ballad about love and regret, but Sobo quickly brings his crisp DnB style to the mix to keep things rolling.

Then they take the listener on a journey—mixing influences ranging from electric guitars to soulful horns—all of which combine for a razor sharp DnB track that pulls on the heartstrings while still working on the floor.
