"Our soul sign reveals a lot about our character. The two tracks give you insights into our personalities. In their typology, which starts from our typical elements of Heerhorst's deep baselines and catchy melodies, Slin Bourgh's powerful and energetic style & PETER PAHN's marching and driving sound and his escalating mood. For this EP we met in Hamburg especially to be able to work on the project together in Heerhorst's studio. After three intensive days wich went into the nights. "Meet Her At The Rave" is a solid and energetic techno track with a smooth touch of trance influences. The breezy cords that slide in the intro, take you to a slightly hypnotic state and leads you into a raw and harsh acid line that will set the tone at the drop. 

"X-Train" is built on a raw and rolling bassline layered with some hard hitting trance cords driven by pulsing kicks and high frequency drums. Arrived at the break, the quirky  breakbeats leaded by the raw and sawing bassline transposes the break controversially and build into the drop with a massive climax and an epic drop.

"I Want To Get Lost" is about getting lost in the music and euphoria at a dark rave. When you are on the floor, feeling the music and enjoying this moment in time.  I designed the track to have lots of energy and dropping with gritty bass stabs and a strong kick. I like the contrast of a dirty heavy groove with the softer female vocal atmospherics. 

In "The Darkness Drops" is all about the euphoria, tension, and excitement of a big build climaxing in the explosion of energy at the drop. I created The Darkness Drops to have a crescendo of ecstasy for the big build, culminating in the scary vocal: 'And then it drops… the darkness'. The listener is then plunged down the rabbit hole with the heavy groove and fat synth lead on the drop.

The track "On Fire" is inspired by a remix which were produced by Superstrobe in the past. It's a very energetic track produced with Ableton Live right from Berlin, Germany. It comes with a great build up which ends in a surprising drop. The drop itself is clean and mostly dry but the new staccato-like 16th notes of short synthshots is pushing it really forward. You also can hear a new exciting acid line which is modulating during the second half of the track. An absolute peaktime banger.
