A collaboration with our friends Major Fret. They let us record their practice session on Monday, 31st May, 2021 on a variety of devices including minidisc, microcassette, regular cassette, and reel to reel tape.

In the end we only used the reel to reel and one of the regular cassettes, but it turned out lubbly jubbly. We chopped up their performance on the reel to reel and made three distinct tape loops, which formed the foundation of the piece, an anchor for people to latch onto if you will, whilst the regular cassette was being jammed and mangled almost beyond recognition.

We are very pleased with the results and we would love it for everyone to hear them!
