Over the summer Matthew De-La-Rosa went on a global travel mission for 90plus Coffee, but I called it gallivanting. Here is the exclusive scoop on the trip, with VVIP hostess and my Boss Babe friend Alisha Ochoa. She made a killer yea fancy gluten free vanilla cake. We run through Matt’s timeline of going through 2 states and 4 different countries in a week, making “the drop,” and learning how to roast this unique coffee from Magnus at Supreme Coffee Roasters in Norway.
