I had a couple of problems with yesterday's upload, so Laura and I will postpone our chat until she is available again. In the meanwhile, here's a little something to hold you over! Today, I had a fun sit down with Suzie as we discussed her life as a Young mother, including some of the social challenges and how she's developed such a positive outlook on life. Episode 7: Life as a Young, Single Mother (with Suzie Shelburn)

I had another sit down with my good friend, yoga and meditation teacher, Nat Khan, to pick up where we left off last time discussing yoga and meditation. This episode focuses on the value of getting away and how we can find opportunities both on a daily basis and in larger sense to escape and reset. We also talked about why getting away is valuable and some actionable ways to take advantage of time away. We also talked specifically about her upcoming retreat and some of the things she has in store next month!

Episode 8: Yoga & Meditation, Part 2 (with Natalie Khan)

A little bit behind on posting. I've got tons of things going on right now, and keeping up with the podcast is becoming increasingly more difficult. However, we're still pushing forward. At the very least, I want to get out something every 1-2 weeks; anything less is unacceptable. I still have two more convos in the works, so we're not slowing down just yet. 

Last week, I sat down with my good friend and local musical celebrity Ryan Gilchrist to discuss his life as a local musician. I've seen this guy perform for the past 3 years that I've been here, so having an opportunity to sit down and hear more specifically about his experiences was eye-opening and enjoyable. Plus with our real life chemistry as hombres, it was a incredibly frank and candid conversation. Prepare yourself for the most shout-out driven conversation in my short podcast history!

We're back for another round off WWE related banter! I'm doing monthly podcasts now with my boy Nolan the night before each PPV.
