Mental health impacts a majority of people, but it is still stigmatized in many ways. Coffee Counselling Comedy is a series of open and funny conversations about the undesirable topic. Despite what society puts out there, we are not going to feel perfect all of the time and 3 C’s thinks that’s okay. After all, sometimes all you need is good coffee, honest conversation, and of course laughs.

For the first podcast, I will be speaking with an education student from the University of Alberta. She works with children with developmental disabilities, she is a teacher in training, she still likes Harry Potter likes its still 2005. We talk about managing school, anxiety, perfectionism portrayed in social media, and other randomness.
