I actually like the way this came out so far. It has all sorts of chiptune style samples and instruments. Well, maybe not all sorts but a few. I'm not sure that I'm happy with the flute part right now, though.

Nintendough

This one is turning out to be one of my favorites so far. I like how the main sample wobbles around and how the groove works together pretty solidly (except that maybe the central drum loop is a little too active). I'm not happy with the little scratches that pop up from time to time in the guitar part, but I think I'm the only one that notices.

I'm an electrical engineer by profession, but I have always been into music in one form or another. You can find me tapping on things everywhere to see how they sound, as I walk through the store or as I bring a ream of paper from the cabinet (reams of paper thump really nice). I especially like anything with a groove, so my favorites are afrobeat, jazz, funk, drum and bass, afro-latin stuff, and so on. Consider whatever you hear here as "works in progress" because I am not particularly adept at mixing and mastering. Actually, I would say I'm particularly inept. But isn't that pretty much what everyone says?
