CoiCoi is distinguished by a unique sound that combines sophisticated technique with childlike play. Born from the vision of Andrea Filippucci (guitar, electronics) and Shanna Palmieri (voice, xylophone, bells), CoiCoi fuses electronic music with toy instruments and acoustic guitar, creating a delicate, ethereal sound.

Harmonically inspired by acts like Bjork and Sigur Ros, CoiCoi also nods to Cocorosie's use of toy instruments and grooves to the rhythm of Radiohead and the XX. There's a symphonic presence in their arrangements that lends CoiCoi's music an epic soundtrack quality.

Now, new-sound frontiersman Iacopo Sinigaglia (electronics) has joined the fold to add dramatic electronic music under Palmieri's buttery vocals and Filippucci's celestial tones. The trio is currently preparing their initial LP for release in Europe and the US, to which Filippucci attests,
"Our project never stops; it's in continuous evolution. We're looking for perfection and we're never happy.
