Special 2 hour long ambient/electronica/worldmusic DJ set by Vatsanah. Selected originally for a project "Tribe Yoga" with Szilvia Bagdal yoga instructor.

Budapest based artist with Lao origins. Behind her favourite three decks she’s well known for her cohesive collage of several styles from dubtechno till experimental sounds. She prefers to play long, organic sets made up with tools and athmospheres. Selecting music she’s driven by going back to her roots; always seeking a kind of pulsing, vibrant tribal percussion.
As a resident of Corvin Club and Contra Mundum she has the honour to play with the most iconic artists of the underground scene like Margaret Dygas, Maayan Nidam, Jichael Mackson, Deadbeat, Thor, Dorisburg, Barac, Objekt, Max Cooper, Giovanni Verrina, Kaitaro etc…
Under the name of Vatsa she works as a painter and graphic designer transforming her musical attitude in visual forms.

OPAL est un festival autogéré où chaque festivalier.ère est bénévole et devient, de fait, acteur.trice du festival de ses rêves.
Ainsi, celà fait naître une émulation collective, une spontanéité éclatante et une folle communion baignées dans une bienveillance saine et équilibrée.

Cette année, le thème était "Le monde des enfants perdus" et j'avais pour mission d'assurer le "closing" officiel du festival et d'accompagner chaque enfant dans les bras de Morphée en beauté et douceur.

ANecDote - "Amerrissage en douceur" @OPAL 2022 - 06.08.2022

Além de DJ, Kamie Jannuzzi (@kamiejannuzzi) é artista de circo e performer de fogo. Atua não só nos palcos mas também atrás deles, na produção de eventos há cerca de 10 anos. Na quarentena, dedicou-se à produção de lives e mixtapes, projetos audiovisuais e nas composições de suas músicas das quais o processo criativo continua ativamente. Seu som caminha por diferentes esferas e sua pesquisa desenvolveu-se em progressão, passando por diferentes estilos, caminha pela esfera mais slow com o downtempo/orgânico passando pelo afrohouse e flertando com esferas árabes misturando com um techno mais psicodélico. Já em sua esfera mais pesada, explora o techno passando pelo acid se encontrando com o EBM e com misturas de dark disco, indie dance e sonoridades 80s. Seu meio termo, caminha pelo nudisco, disco e heavy house.

Kamie produziu o evento Art Voyage no Morfeus Club em 2016 e foi promoter da D-dedge na Keep Rock em 2017. Co-fundou o coletivo de downtempo Quack em 2018 e esteve preeenre na produção com o coletivo Sinkrö em 2020 em exprimentos audiovisuais e de streaming. No momento atual dedica-se ao início do projeto MORCEGADA focada em estéticas mais dark e obscuras mas que vai do house ao techno passando por diversas linhas sonoras.

Esteve presente no Burning Man Virtual 2020, e na noite paulista em clubes e eventos como D-edge, Trackers, Amata, VGLNT, Jerome, Alberta #3, Morfeus Club, Mundo Pensante, Paribar, Café Aurora, SP na Rua, Virada Cultural, Zaragata, Avonts, Festa Avulsa, festival Adhana na Aldeia Outro Mundo, dentre outros.

Bon le roadtrip sacré du mois d'aout touche malheureusement à sa fin mais je vous propose de faire perdurer un peu l'esprit du sable fin et des cocktails au soleil avec ce DJset Tropicoooool enregistré le mois dernier lors de la Guinguette Arcadium.
Au programme 2 heures d'Afro Latin Beats, du Disco/Funk et une bonne dose de House ensoleillée.
