Last Flight was released as an official download single  by Cold Flame in conjunction with Starring Records on Saturday September 17th 2022. The song was written by Pat Rowbottom and focuses on the growing concerns and awareness of, the dangers of global warning. Despite the serious message contained within the lyrics, the music is more upbeat in a progressive folk rock style. A n official video single of this song is released on Wednesday January 4th 2023. A Stitch in Time 'soundbites'

Cold Flame are an English blues rock/ progressive folk rock band formed by singer/songwriter/ bass guitarist Pat Rowbottom who are signed to Yorkshire independent record company Starring Records. Since their formation in 1984, Cold Flame have toured across the UK as well as in several countries in Europe. Since 2019, Pat has also performed regular shows in France  backed by an alternative line up featuring French musicians. Cold Flame have recorded a number of studio and live albums mainly featuring original music. This music has featured on radio stations across the UK and beyond. February 2023, sees Cold Flame in conjunction with Starring Records release a brand new studio album, the band's 16th, entitled 'A Circus in Paradise'. Cold Flame have also performed a specialist tribute show for the last 25 years featuring the music of Jethro Tull. This has been presented across the UK and occasionally in Europe.
