Time to Hitch It

Hi everyone, how you keepin?

So it's been a good while since I had some new bits out there for you. You know how it goes, life kinda gets in the way sometimes, right? Well, I thought I'd give you a free track to quench your thirst for new music, in the form of my re-tweak of Zodiac Cartel's "On My Mind" track which came out last month on U&A (which you can pick up here: http://www.beatport.com/track/on-my-mind-original-mix/3429044). 

Notice how I'm using the term 're-tweak', not remix. Well, that's because basically that's what this is. I wrote this after the lovely weekend DJ’ing out in Budapest in February, and the original track had been such a massive track out there, it was resonating in my mind and I was still hyped from the gigs at the weekend (or was it the constant stream of espresso I'd been having?). I was meant to do this remix to be included in the release package, but it didn't ultimately make the release due to its similarity with the original, and my lack of time to revisit it. It was intentional to keep the main vibe of the original, as I wanted to re-kindle those memories of the original track but bring my flavour to it.

Anyway, here it is in the same state I made it in those few days after Budapest (re-mastered today), and here’s your chance to enjoy a free copy. Hopefully if you choose to play it out, or play it on public transport at excessive volumes, others will get a buzz of it too.
