All beautiful things come to an end. It’s time for Sjaaf to go to bed.

After having received wonderful support from @sanholobeats, his innovative label @bitbirdofficial and so many other great artists with a unique vision, I decided I’m putting @sjaafmusic to sleep. I’ve been discovering a lot, kinda outgrew - not in a denigrating way - the EDM/Future Bass scene and want to head in a new direction.

Today I release my final EP that marks the end of Sjaaf, on the fresh Belgian label Crown Collective. 5 tracks, featuring collaborations with three great vocalists.

It's great to finally be be releasing this track. We played it out a lot while we were on the Kindred Spirits Tour and now it's finally out. It was really cool putting this one together as we tried to find a good balance between instruments and production, if you listen closely to the guitar and trumpets in the song. Contact gets its name from these moving speaking elements, of the guitar, trumpet, and vocal chops, as they trade focus and come into "contact" throughout the piece as if they were all having a conversation. We're proud of how this one came together in the end and we hope it can bring something to you.
