SYLVIA FROOS: Here is an unissued "demo" made in Manhattan by Sylvia Froos, a former child vaudevillian ("Baby Sylvia") who made one feature film, "Stand Up And Cheer" (Fox, 1934), phonograph records (RCA-Victor, Crown, Etc.), and many film shorts. She was a special featured vocalist on the radio and in theaters with major dance bands (Hal Kemp, Arden & Ohman, Johnny Green, Paul Whiteman...) and radio orchestras throughout the 1930s and '40s. Her last commercial records were made in 1951 with producer/writer Allen Sherman, who wrote special material for her before he was "My Son, The Folk Singer."

This song by the late great Jerry Herman was in the original Broadway production of Hello Dolly, but left off of the original cast album (never recorded). This version, the only version I have heard, is from a 1990 London concert version of the show. The song ain't great, but it's rare.  Here's the lyric:
