Built from the sweat of the gym and the fire of the fete, CrossFit Riddim is a body-moving, pulse-racing collection of pure energy. Each track takes its name from a signature workout move, transformed into a sensual metaphor of stamina, power, and rhythm. From the explosive lift of Clean & Jerk, to the tight grip of Snatch, the heavy grind of Deadlift, and the hypnotic bounce of Double-Unders, this riddim is made for the dancefloor.

The production fuses the raw drive of dancehall riddims with the rolling weight of soca percussion and the hypnotic groove of tribal house. A deep, rubbery bassline runs through every track, holding the body captive as drums, stabs, and hooks build layer upon layer of tension. Sweat drips, hips roll, and hearts pound — this is workout music reimagined as carnival seduction.

First Choice - Let no man put asunder (The Noodleman extended edit)

Following early outings on Electric Friends and Spa In Disco, fast-rising producer JMMSTR (no relation to Freerange boss Jimpster) makes a first appearance on Slightly Transformed. There are two tracks to set the pulse racing. Opener "New York" is a confirmed mid-tempo treat: a woozy, 112 BPM shuffler that layers flash-fried guitars and piano-laden snippets from a swirling, string-laden disco classic atop thickset bass and bongo-heavy nu-disco beats. Virtual B-side "You Took" employs bouncier and crispier beats, with the producer utilizing filter effects to tease in elements of a female-fronted disco-funk number. The vocal breakdown is life affirming, but it's the trippy treatment of the sample source's hard-wired guitars that catches the ear.
