É difícil não notar o contraste entre os sons expansivos e a personalidade reservada de Ricardo Hingst. A sonoridade imperiosa de HNGT apresenta um design de som arrojado, provoca forte tensão e aprofunda-se na mente do ouvinte para conduzi-lo a um estado de maior entusiasmo: é aí que Ricardo melhor se expressa, já que ele guarda para si as palavras. Essa combinação é fundamental para entender a história do artista, um jovem que teve seus traços moldados pela cultura do skate. Esse movimento entende que o valor da mensagem é mais importante que o mensageiro. Nesse universo também se aprende que as provações vêm para que algo maior seja construído acima delas, lição que foi seguida à risca por HNGT.
