In the mists enchanted, echoes chanted, new horizons lay undaunted. Mountains cloaked in shadows, forests whispered ancient rites, paths marked in dark refrain. A turning tide came with silence, new adventures drumming beneath the storm. Mystic lands woke, bonds forsaken, forms shifting from the depths.

We roamed the spectral twilight, seeking truths in shadowed night, where our fates spun anew. With each step, the world shivered, touched by a ghostly river, bound by forces delivering promises. In the turning of this chapter, dreams grew in darkness.

In this world, under the stars flitting, we embraced permitted fates, destinies bright and gray. In realms gleaming, winds of change streaming, we are echoes dreaming of a dawn not far away. In this chapter, we wander till the end of night and day.

FITNESSS (@fltnesss) is an LA-based audiovisual project that provides an aural space for confronting and embracing the id. Sonically informed by the visceral intersection of noise and hardcore, as well as the introspective leanings of ambient and drone. 
Live performances are facilitated by a fully wireless and mobile rig. with the implementation of reactive light and fog, FITNESSS blurs the threshold between conscious and subconscious—between reality and dream.
