Colin Brown is a Brooklyn-based artist exploring themes of power, illusion, and conflict—within the self, relationships, and society at large.

Raised in a log cabin in Northern California and classically trained on piano, Brown spent over 20 years touring internationally as a keyboardist before stepping forward as a vocalist and songwriter. His eclectic path includes study in Hindustani classical music under Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, deep roots in vintage keyboards and organ, and a fascination with analog synthesizers and hybrid production techniques. His songwriting and sonic approach index high in fullness and balance, favoring elegance as an outcome of complex problem-solving.
