Meaning “jaguar" in Quechua, Otorongo stalks and devours our fear so we may fully embody our courage to face the uncertainty of life.  Bridging allies through the dance, Xangô (Orixa of lightning and thunder, patron of the sacred drums & dances, and keeper of the fire element) is called upon to help us dance with jaguar and fire medicine.
