The young Frenchman has rushed onto the scene, destroying everything in his path with his powerhouse productions. Taking influences from trance and other hard dance genres he has created a very unique sound blending strange vocal samples, heavy kicks and emotional synths, a combination which we have fallen in love with. The Dusk resident has already dropped one bomb on our label and has a very special track lined up for our next VA which you shall find towards the end of this mix.

As expected, he has kicked in your back door and already smashed up half your house with this mix. Fast, hard and just what you need to start the weekend.

The music of 22-year-old Swiss-born Gian-Andrí Laux aka HI-SPEED is characterized by clean, intense bass, melodic vocals with hypnotic flair and a lot of energy.
HI-SPEED would classify himself in the hardcore techno scene - more precisely the groovy and up-tempo genre.
His performances guarantee joie de vivre, a journey through the jungle of electronic music and sore muscles the next day.

Harder Podcast #136 - DJ HI-SPEED

Based in Berlin and with Russian roots, @kalteliebe keep drawing their inspiration from Post-Punk, Grunge, Dark Wave, EBM, and Techno. Coming with years-long experiences in different musical projects ranging from beat-making over metal bands, Hip Hop ensembles, and more the project started back in 2019 using a drum machine, a bass synth, and a wasted microphone, only.
Authentically recorded in a 12 square meter room in Berlin Kalte Liebe started out as an experiment combining diverse influences by the likes of Sydney Vallette, Thomas P. Heckmann @troperecordings, @dieselektion, DAF, Falco, and more into their distinctively analog, raw, and bassline-driven style.
While their productions are mostly consisting of an elaborated mixture of EBM and old-school Dark Wave paired with technoid characteristics and captivating, roughly distorted vocals in German and Englisch the duo equally stands for tool-ish and highly energetic Techno – modern, pounding, and dirty.
With recent releases on labels like @01010100records , @vituscurse & BFT, even more strongly performing self-releases like „Ego EP“and their recently launched label „Sys.Ex“ they are slowly establishing their name in the scene and quickly growing their audience. With a live performance in the making and packed with loads of unreleased work Kalte Liebe is soon to be heard all over.

During the day Saara is a serious student, digging deep into business administration in Berlin. During the night, she is a playful and daring resident DJ for Münster based events UFØ and Social Smoke. Originally from Finland, she moved to Germany right after finishing high school. Saara has always loved music and had her headphones in-ear whenever she went, but being able to experience music in a club setting for the first time was so powerful that Saara became addicted to techno right away. The first time Saara tried mixing she even cried out of joy because she knew she had found her passion in life, and she hasn’t stopped playing ever since. In her sets she creates a perfect mix of oldschool classics and lesser known tracks as well as some bangers we all love. Vocals, acid, groovy percussion and subtle blends create an unpredictable and dynamic energy.

The creation of  Ôneyra began in Dublin in 2017, from here she has relocated multiple times between Berlin, London and back to Dublin again taking an influential slice from each city. From running club nights, her own label and building herself up as a Dj and producer,  Ôneyra shows no signs of slowing down as she sinks her teeth into all corners of the techno industry. 

Her productions are crafted with a subversive darkness trying to escape yet made to pummel the dancefloor. Her deep dark lullabies scream distortion which coil and constrict the frail edges of reality to bring us into her imaginary world. Her sonic identity, which she continues to build, focuses on industrial and punishing techno. Ôneyra has just scratched the surface of where she wants to take this as she continues to grow into every meaning of the word artist. 

The sound of Ôneyra can be found on labels such as Khazad, Unconfined, Sciatic, Sticky Ground and Ceili Collective. The story continues...

Distorted Orchestra is an underground artist coming from the depths of "underground" music. His passion was transmitted at birth and accompanied by a Punk musical education.

He exposes his vision of music with dissonant sounds and shattering kicks, making dynamic, explosive and fierce music. It is with this recipe that Distorted Orchestra composes his sets and his productions, like a wave of sound that falls on its audience without any compromises.

The Brvtlaist is proud to present a new mix from Kalte Liebe. The Berlin-based duo has emerged as one of our favorite projects across EBM, techno and more with their genre shattering productions and sets. Authentically recorded in a 12 square meter room Kalte Liebe started out as an experiment combining diverse influences and have since put out killer material on on labels like 01010100 Records, Vitus Curse and BFT.  The Brvtalist also recently premiered their single "Dopamin" which remains one of our favorite tracks at the moment. With lots of unreleased in the pipeline we're excited for what's next.

after a long time i finally decided to record and publish my set from the E-werk.
Unfortunately, there were some technical difficulties so that some of the tracks in the set seem a little overdriven. in addition, the first track in the set had to be re-recorded, so the transition is a bit jerky.
