UK dancehall star, Stylo G returns with ‘Yu Zimme’ (featuring Chip), the first single made available from his forthcoming ‘Ten Years Later’ EP. Released on 9 June via 3 Beat, ‘Yu Zimme’ reunites Stylo with Chip, and is the first of a series of collaborations from the EP; the four-track release will also feature Shakka and Banx & Ranx (on next single ‘Under Construction’), Nia and Jr Blender (‘Stone Cold Lover’), and Beenie Man and Fanatix (‘Ten Metric Ton’). The EP release date will be announced soon.

Stylo’s ‘Yu Zimme’ (featuring Chip) was given a world exclusive first play on 6th June courtesy of MistaJam on Radio 1. It’s a collaboration that reunites the South London artist with Chip, with whom Stylo released ‘Dash Out’, and who featured at both his recent sold out Electric Brixton show, and the much talked about Red Bull Culture Clash. An early version of ‘Yu Zimme’ first appeared last December, quickly becoming a club and then fast growing streaming hit, now featuring one of North London’s hottest talents in the form of Chip, expect ‘Yu Zimme’ to make some serious noise this summer.

Born Jason McDermott in Jamaica’s Spanish Town, but a Londoner since the age of 15, the past year has seen Stylo G become a global rising star; the result of talent, hard work, and the international appeal of his music in the streaming age. The ‘Ten Years Later’ EP is his largest body of work yet, the diverse nature of the collaborators and tracks themselves reflect the richness of Stylo’s music, while each one shows him hitting a game-changing stride. Such is the demand for his fresh take on dancehall, he’s played a relentless international tour schedule in the past 12 months, including headline shows in the USA, Japan, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Israel, Switzerland, Ghana, Colombia, Croatia, Belgium, Jamaica, Dubai, and beyond. Son of the legendary reggae artist Poison Chang, Stylo G has followed in his father's musical footsteps, making his mark in the UK when Grime was at its first generation peak and developing a pioneering style that bridges UK hip-hop and dancehall. Tipped as one of the most important black British artists of this decade, his singles including ‘Soundbwoy’, ‘My Yout’, and ‘Call Mi a Leader’ have given him chart, streaming, and radio success alike. He’s signed to 3 Beat, the label home of Sigma, High Contrast, Star.One, and more.

Stylo’s increasing profile has seen him work with Clean Bandit, Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Shaggy, Wretch 32, Chip, Giggs, Lady Leshurr, Sneakbo and more. And, reflecting his friendship with one of the world’s greatest athletes, the track ‘Chariot’ by Will Simms Feat Stylo G, is on the soundtrack and movie for the new Usain Bolt film ‘I Am Bolt’.

With the same punch as your morning caffeine hit, 18-year-old Koffee releases her new single, “Toast, the follow up to her debut hit single “Raggamuffin”.

Born Mikayla Simpson, Koffee’s mission is to preserve Jamaica’s roots and culture in music and to empower the youth of her generation through her musical journey across the world. Originally inspired into making music by listening to reggae and dancehall artists like Proteje and Super Cat, everything came full circle earlier this year when the former reached out to request she perform with him. It’s all been a bit of a whirlwind since.

“Toast”, taken from her upcoming EP “Rapture”, blesses the listener with energy and youthful pride, and the accompanying music video is as celebratory as the name suggests, taking viewers on a tour through the site of the Paint Jamaica Project in Downtown Kingston, Jamaica, while lyrics lay down an ode to Koffee’s achievements so far.

Produced by Walshy Fire & Izy Beats, “Toast” brings a signature blend of sunshine and fun times that’ll leave you buzzing.

Colin Patrick Harper hails from the Bermuda Islands. In the music industry, he is known as the reggae artist Collie Buddz. Buddz was born on August 21, 1984 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from high school, he attended Full Sail University in Orlando, FL, where he decided to study studio engineering.  Upon graduating from college in 2006, Buddz began looking for work in the recording industry as a performer or producer. One of his first major gigs was working with recording star Shaggy on the single "Mad Mad World" from Shaggy's new album entitled Intoxication, which was release in 2007. That was the same year he released his self-titled debut album with Sony Music. The album was a moderate success, but well-received by critics.  WWE (World Wrestling Enterprises) fans would immediately recognize Buddz's voice from the entrance theme ("SOS") for WWE superstar wrestler Kofi Kingston, which was included on the 2008 compilation WWE The Music, Vol. 8. Over the next year, he would continue making guest appearances on the works of other artists.  It is no small coincidence that his stage name "Buddz" is slang for marijuana. There have been photographs taken of the artist holding bongs and other pot-smoking paraphernalia over the years. Of course, other reggae artist such as Bob Marley have made weed seem an essential part of the reggae lifestyle.  At the end of the decade, Buddz started his own record label called Harper Digital. When not working in the studio, he found himself selling out venue after venue on one of his many exhaustive tours. In 2011, he would finally release his second album entitled Playback. As was the case with the first album, this album was a modest success commercially, but the critics loved his work.  With a couple of albums and a good reputation under his belt, Buddz is a frequent performer at many of the major reggae festivals around the world.
