Just a short test of lo-fi samples taken directly from youtube into the yamaha su10
This track was entirely made with the yamaha su10 and recorded live without sequencing. The samples where taken from youtube via the audio output of my laptop straight into the yamaha su10. After the samples where recorded I played this live on the su10. No editing afterwards.

Aleatoric music

Colloid started experimenting with sound and music in 1992. From then there is an ongoing search for noises, clicks and evolving sounds The main goal of this search is to find an organic electronic sound which can't be found in most commercial production tools and has brought forth an ever-expanding collection of DIY devices. 
Live on stage Colloid creates an atmospheric soundtrack using a modular synth, effects and other (analogue) electronic hardware instruments, most of them homemade.  Colloid's music is a dive into experimental, desolate and filmlike sounds - a mixture of deep drones, cut up beats and clicks.
Since 2013 he builds and sells his instruments as Ginko Synthese.
