This is my first venture into the world of rapping. This album is a free downloadable album. I produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered it myself with FL Studio 9 XXL Producers Edition on my laptop, using only one Audio Technica AT2020 USB mic. This album was all written and recorded in 2011 and post-production was finally finished August 2012. I did use samples on tracks 2, 3, & 8. All other tracks written and composed by me, except track 7 which was co-written and composed by Johnny Vega. The beats on tracks 10 & 13 by my dude DJ Destructed. When I started this project I did not know how to engineer and mix my own music. Now I sort of do.

I am awake. My nine year slumber is complete.

I've been dormant for nine years, at least in terms of releasing music. But I kept writing and recording for myself as I always have. I hadn't even logged in to Soundcloud in years. Then the other day I logged in and saw that a few people were still jamming my old stuff and I was getting new followers here and there.

This inspired me to release the new mixtape "Volcanoes", consisting primarily of me rapping over other artist's beats. So thanks for the inspiration everyone!!!

The title track, "Volcanoes" was recorded a year before I even released it, not long after "NF-Clouds" was released. I touched it up a little after logging in and getting randomly inspired to release it, and just uploaded it. It could have just as easily sat on my laptop never to be heard by anyone. My inspiration is sometimes weird like that. I guess I struggle with confidence more than I'd like to admit. But this music is my release.

I don't have any other form of social media at the moment. Haven't kept anything up in years. I even had to change to a new email address. Maybe I'll get something going soon, but for now this is it!
