Coma Stereo from Slovenia go for a post rock mix drawing on science fic- tion, Pink floyd, Tangerine Dream, and Sonic Youth. The four-piece band was formed in Maribor in 2004 and has been touring all over Europe with three released albums for quite some time. Gloomy tunes from outer space and genre-specific riffs create an interesting combination of space night soundtrack and spheric to hard post rock. Short passages of speech and the deliberate use of reduced electronic keep up the tension of the extra-long songs.
