holy f. - i tried to start a new metal album today ... but in the middle of that I was stroke by some force ... a BLITZ coming down ... maybe you ppl. in this group can help me. what the f. happened there in the end? it was like a demon entering the room. he had some kind of tasty plate in his hands. it said: 174. i took "amen.wav" and "random acapella never heard before" to my not existing guitar skills. i feel damned. in between 2 worlds. it is strange, bad but dope aswell. i had this trouble back in 2020 aswell when my live-musicians left me 'cause i was "getting weird". ah damn it, at least i get the jizz of it :) i really enjoy you dudes in this very group ... just take a listen, if you are mentally sane :D

STROKE WHILE DOING METAL

In 2006, Tomas Danko and I formed a group called Zeitgeist. We wanted to cover the good parts of what Julius Caesar did, so the lyrics are geared toward that. It took us a good while to get where we wanted to go, and when 2014 rolled around, we were still not quite done, but felt it was good music and wanted to released it as-is, so you get Julius Unfinished.

So, this is the first track of the album. We, as he, crossed the Rubicon, and there is no turning back.

The original track was done in 1999 according to the info I could dig up. This is one of my favorite MyVoice tracks for sure. But then again MyVoice did a lot of excellent music.. :)

I was in the gym one night, listening to scenemusic.net when this track by Hazel came on ("Living in a dream").. and I instantly thought of the Utah Saints track from the 90's "What can you do for me?" and Annie Lennox's vocal sample ripped from "Must be talking to an angel" - so I did a quick dirty mix *live* on the BBKB radio show....

..and to top it off.. I chucked a Carl Sagan bit in :D
