Liverpudlian DJ/producer Eldon racks up an irresistibly infectious release for Richy Ahmed’s Four Thirty Two label that, as its title suggests, will literally have backsides shuffling!  The ‘Booty Shaker’ EP is Eldon’s debut for Ahmed’s on-point imprint and comes backed with a remix from the Godfather of the Ghetto Trax sound, DJ Deeon.

Already notching up some impressive releases for Solardo’s Sola label, and with releases in the pipeline for Patrick Topping’s Trik, and Steve Lawler’s Viva imprint, Eldon shakes his stuff over three brand new cuts on the ‘Booty Shaker’ EP.

Title track ‘Booty Shaker’ does what it says on the tin, with aplomb!  A prime-time slice of jackin’ Chi-town house, its drums pound hard and raw, with a great vocal hook to boot.  And in a nod to the track’s inspirational roots, DJ Deeon, the originator of the sound, and producer behind countless Dance Mania classics, strips things back further and stretches out his rework to over eight minutes of a full Techfunk workout.  

‘Blow’ maintains the energy levels with another propulsive jacker laced with choppy vocal refrains and twisted synth sirens, whilst ‘Show That’ closes this assured release with another slab of ass-whooping, four to the floor, bumpin’ house.

Miguel Lobo is one of the best artists of Spanish underground scene: he released recently on labels like Circus, Moon Harbour or Do Not Sleep among others and his music is always supported and respected by the big names of the scene. Now is time to shake the dancefloor with 2 amazing original tracks and a remix made by new London rising star, Antss.

'Bounce 2 Me' was built around a lovely vocal sampling and a funky bassline, enough to make you dance until the sunrise. Antss took those elements, shift it up and made an uptempo track adding his minimal but groovy signature sound. For the other track included in the EP, Miguel teamed up with Rayzir and deliver a solid track built around Rayzir's vocal and plenty of harmonies, proving the wide pallette of sounds can Miguel offers us with huge success.
