Scarda brings the freshness of modern sounds & melodies to the current minimal infused buzz around the globe developing his own fine-tuned touch that transmits through his productions & sets.  Applying vast ideas with an affinity for hypnotic bass-lines, tripped-out vocal cuts and groovy tech sounds that conveys that d-floor energy into the wee hours.

His first release Rock Your Body forthcoming on Melbourne label Circa Trax, showcases this well-established production sound with a familiar, poppy twist. 

Scarda is a popular fixture at various clubs in and around Melbourne, mainly showcasing his own unreleased work as he plays. With a long-standing residency under the party imprint Cave Sessions, he also holds a multitude of other club shows under his belt including a frequent residency at Circus Bar.

Here’s some hits that will surely bring some smiles as we roll into the second half of the week.

A long-time staple of the Neapolitan techno scene, Markantonio has excelled as a first-class DJ, producer and record label owner over the years.  His arrival on Eats Everything & Andres Campo’s EI8HT imprint crystallizes a musical output that shows no sign of abating.

The ‘Neapel’ EP comprises four shadowy heaters from Markantonio, from the rattling hip-house licked techno of ‘Professor’, the wall shattering ferocity of ‘Otto’ and the sprightly title track, the Naples resident delivers the goods across all tracks here. 

Via releases on his own Analytic Trail and MKT Records, as well as appearances on Joseph Capriati's REDIMENSION, Paco Osuna’s Mindshake label and Kaiserdisco’s KD RAW, amongst others, Markantonio is at the top of his game right now, and his entry into EI8HT’s catalogue further cements his reputation.

Nubian Trace — originally founded as my own record label — now marks its first LP release. For the first time, I’m presenting a full-length record that truly represents my sound and vision. A self-release that I’m proud to share. Expect raw, hypnotic club music — carefully selected, deeply rooted in Berlin’s unmistakable energy.
Every detail was chosen with precision. There’s also a bonus track included.
The photograph was taken by me, and the logo reflects the connection to the collective and label where everything began. Nubian Trace stands for its percussive origins — a sound shaped by rhythm, depth, and time.
