Con base en la Ciudad de México, Lyo XS llegó al mundo de la música electrónica casi por accidente. Su pasión por coleccionar música desde la adolescencia la llevó a grabar mixtapes, lo que eventualmente le permitió obtener sus primeros gigs en 2015. Hoy en día, es una pieza clave de la vida nocturna en la Ciudad de México. Además de ser docente de DJing en el estudio @dinami_ca , Lyo XS es una artista multidisciplinaria bajo también el nombre de @uqiko_  , además de colaborar en @rtmca_ , un proyecto de streaming en la Ciudad de México. 

En este set presenta ritmos como latin club, techno y bass, enfocada en la energía rave.

Lyo XS, based in Mexico City, got into electronic music almost by accident. Her love for collecting music as a teenager led her to make mixtapes, which eventually landed him his first gigs in 2015. Today, he’s a key player in Mexico City’s nightlife scene. Beyond teaching DJing at @dinami_ca, Lyo XS is a multidisciplinary artist performing also under @uqiko_. She’s also part of @rtmca_, a streaming project based in Mexico City.

In this set, Lyo XS brings together Latin club, techno, and bass, all infused with high-energy rave vibes.

Alas, spring is finally here… and while we’re at it, so is MR007)) This latest endeavor, brought together by Entrañas, offers an inspired take on traditional Ecuadorian rhythms like Bomba and Albazo. Criaturas, as the name suggests, dives into various animalistic tendencies, showcasing them across five heavy-hitting tracks.

Sapo (frog), as described by the artist, is someone who likes to gossip. As a final scathing exclamation point for the project, Sapo joins us in two forms: the first being a 160 bpm tidal wave from Entrañas, and the second a grime-riddled remix from Rizla Ops. Both cuts employ various dancefloor tactics to stir movement inside and outside the booth, and we couldn’t imagine a better sonic marriage of label friends, both new and old. We’re particularly fond of the crescendo nature of both tracks as they warp through the speakers and are feeling lucky that they’ve found a home here at the Road.
