As we move towards a new generation of legendary artists in the making, we take a look at some of the tales they'll be telling in the form of our new series on Juicebox Music - "Fables". Etching their mark in today's world with their unique and powerful style, these individuals have a special destiny waiting for them.

The first edition of "Fables" sees us visiting Argentina for the sounds of 'Agustin Pietrocola', 'Alan Cerra', 'Jesuan M', 'Pedro Belardo' and 'Unusual Soul', followed by a long journey north for the echos of Colombia by 'NuFects' and Mexico's 'David Podhel'. We then sail across the Pacific to listen to the songlines of the Australian brothers - 'Rodskeez' and 'Mars Monero' and then continue the passage into India to hear the mythical stories of 'Rudra' and 'Funksun'. A stopover across the border into Pakistan to witness the chronicles of "STEREO MUNK" and "Cryptic Realms" and finally flying over to Sweden for the Nordic folktale of "EMPHI". These are their Fables.

Following on from Chris Cargo's amazing Jackdaw (ODST074) that we released back in June 2023, we are excited to present you with the remixes EP. Each track has had its remixer carefully chosen for their sonic prowess and talent. Label family member, Golan Zocher has created a musical masterpiece with his beautiful rendition of Wondering Why. This remix has hit favorite with our dear friends, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo and DJ Ruby who have been hammering this from Miami, Ibiza and Woodstock and reaching as a far as Pakistan and we thank you for your support. Scottish born legend who calls New Zealand home, Nic Cavendish aka Nila makes his label debut with his remix of Jackdaw and this remix is nothing short of mesmerizing and watch this space as we have additional music forthcoming on the label in 2024. And last but by no means least our South American magicians of sonically delicious Progressive House, Gorkiz and Nobilis bring the EP to a crescendo of biblical proportions with their take on Falcons Maze.

For the 33rd release of the Acid Avengers series, we invited two projects made by four veterans of the french electronic scene. Fondzyo, a new duo composed of John Lord Fonda and Kazyo (half of Teenage Bad Girl), is delivering here its first release. Nomenklatür, the pair formed by the founders of Elektrofon, is already known for bomb releases on Clivage records and Thisbe recordings. On this new split EP, both projects offer a 303 journey made with mental groove, deep rythms and of course some pure acid techno. Five tracks designed for the floor that are gonna kick your ass !
