Each year, the "Siestes Electroniques" festival and the Quai Branly Museum in Paris, join forces to offer a unique variation of the Toulouse event. The project offers to a dozen musicians an exclusive access to the audio collection of the museum. Each artist is invited to reinterpret his findings in a DJset or a unique sound pieces.

- The Quai Branly Museum is the largest museum in the world dedicated to non-Western cultures, with a collection of over 300,000 works from Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.

Les Siestes Electroniques et le Musée du Quai Branly s’associent pour proposer une déclinaison originale de la manifestation toulousaine.
Le projet propose chaque année à une petite dizaine de musiciens un accès exceptionnel au fond audio du musée. Les artistes sont invités à réinterpréter leurs découvertes sous forme de DJset ou de pièces sonores uniques.

- Le musée du Quai Branly est le plus grand musée au monde dédié aux cultures non-occidentales, avec une collection de plus de 300 000 œuvres provenant d’Afrique, d’Asie, d’Océanie et des Amériques.
