Year 2025 on planet Earth, after a world pandemic, came the world war in 2022, nuclear powers engaged in a violence spiral in the coming years that ended with 75% of the surface contaminated with radiation. A group of conspirators from the scientific underground made a plan to invade the NASA facilities, now abandoned, and take over the remnants of the spaceships still operative to send out from Earth a selection of the survivors of the nuclear war. 
This is the soundtrack of those spaceships crossing the near universe in search of new places to stay or just to sail forever into the unknown.

Perfumery is delighted to announce its third release from Danish DJ, producer and promoter Asmus Odsat. The four-track Third Eye Street View EP expands upon Copenhagen’s fast-techno sound with a magpie-like approach incorporating musical elements from across the spectrum of electronic music, brought together through a collaborative production and mixing process alongside Perfumery label-owner Sugar. The eponymous opening track’s steel-capped kicks lean towards gabber, before it reaches across the North Sea to borrow deftly-chopped breakbeats and soaring, teary-eyed pads from the UK’s hardcore continuum. ‘Grounded’ further ramps up the contrast, as an effervescent, Italo-like arpeggio ricochets off of bulletproof drums, while ‘Mindre Skulder’ and ‘Stammer Jammer’ do away with notions of melody altogether. The former opts for a path of thundering and fizzing rhythm while ‘Stammer Jammer’ centres itself around towering blasts of distorted noise, recalling early Ben Frost or Emptyset in all their single-minded ferocity.

Unknown Assailant is a limited run, vinyl only label, shrouded in mystery. Each of the four tracks on this second release touch on a different style of techno/deep tech, ranging from the timeless sound of the Detroit-inspired "Ancient Beauty" to the peak time energy and in-your-face style of "Rude Awakening".

It also incorporates the dark and stripped-back minimal style of "Isolated Mechanics" plus the trippy atmosphere and dystopian vibe of "How Has It Come To This".

Unknown Assailant is a secretive artist who lets the music do the talking, and all four of the tracks on this release are solo productions from the illusive producer. Striking from the shadows to showcase an eclectic range of club focused techno/deep tech that orientates around raw grooves with machine-driven sounds, this vinyl only release cuts straight to the heart of the dance floor.

This release is limited to a vinyl pressing of only 200 copies with the previous release picking up support by artists ranging from Gerd to Arnaud Le Texier.
