After writing my Piano Concerto and Three Instances for Orchestra, I decided to follow the two up with a Concerto for Orchestra. The initial process of sketching the work was interrupted by a series of composing shorter chamber works which led to the project being shelved. 

Suddenly out of the blue, Nicolas Kingman asked me about my progress on the Concerto. I decided to send him what I've written and he asked me to upload it on my SoundCloud page ("post it...

Shifting Sands

"Town Path" was originally created back on September 7, 2022, over a year prior to its release. Nothing about this song was particularly difficult to create; it could have easily been released much earlier.

For a very long time, the working title was simply "Town", and the idea of changing it to "Town Path" was first considered on March 23. I only changed the project title on the release date.

Musically, "Town Path" is very minimalist, which is a deliberate break from the dense production I usually gravitate towards.
