ความขัดแย้งในที่ทำงานมีหลายรูปแบบ มีทั้งถกเถียง ติเพื่อก่อ เพื่องานที่พัฒนามากขึ้น แต่อีกหลายๆ ความขัดแย้งก็ไม่ใช่ความขัดแย้งที่ดีนัก โดยเฉพาะความขัดแย้งที่เกิดจากนิสัยส่วนตัวของคนคนนั้น  ที่ไม่ว่าเขาจะปฎิสัมพันธ์กับใคร เจรจากับใคร ก็มีแต่จะสร้างความน่าหงุดหงิดในใจเสมอ แน่นอนว่าทางออกในการรับมือกับความขัดแย้งนี้ คงไม่ใช่แค่เลี่ยงไม่คุยเท่านั้น เพราะถ้าต้องทำงานด้วยกัน ยังไงก็ต้องปฎิสัมพันธ์ในทางใดทางหนึ่ง - - แล้วเราจะทำอย่างไร? ลองมาฟัง “6 วิธีรับมือกับคนทำงานที่ชอบมีปัญหากับคนอื่น” อย่างชาญฉลาด รอบคอบ และลดแรงปะทะในการทำให้งาน ไปกับ อั้ม ศุภกร ใน MM Remaster EP.นี้

สัญญาณการเลือกตั้งครั้งใหม่เหมือนจะชัดขึ้นกว่าเดิม หลังรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมถูกประกาศใช้อย่างเป็นทางการ

หัวใจสำคัญอยู่ที่ระบบการเลือกตั้งที่คัมแบ็กกลับมาใช้แบบ ‘บัตร 2 ใบ’ หรือ ‘เลือกคนที่รัก เลือกพรรคที่ชอบ’ แบบที่เคยได้ยินกันมาก่อน

กติกาใหม่ของระบบเลือกตั้งบัตร 2 ใบ ถูกตั้งคำถามไม่น้อยถึงเกมวัดใจจากพลังประชารัฐที่ยอมแก้ เพราะเหมือนเปิดทางให้พรรคใหญ่อย่างเพื่อไทยกลับมาแลนด์สไลด์อีกหน 

ดูเหมือนว่าการที่พรรคพลังประชารัฐ ณ เวลาที่ตัดสินใจเล่นเกมนี้จะเชื่อว่าพรรคสามารถมีชัยชนะไม่น้อยในระบบนี้

แต่เวลาและอนาคต รวมถึงปัจจัยทางการเมืองเหมือนค่อยๆ เปลี่ยนสมการ ทั้งความขัดแย้งภายใน ความขัดแย้งของมุ้งต่างๆ จะพาพรรคไปถึงฝั่งได้แค่ไหน
 
เพราะวันนี้กระแสการตั้งพรรคใหม่ของ พล.อ. ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ยังคงกระหึ่มดัง และดังขึ้นเรื่อยๆ

ในขณะที่ ‘ธรรมนัส-นฤมล’ ยังเดินสายและส่งสัญญานแปลกๆ ที่ไม่อาจตีความได้ว่า พล.อ. ประยุทธ์ กับพรรคพลังประชารัฐ คือเนื้อหนึ่งเดียวกัน
