One of the most exciting and influential figures in contemporary underground electronic music, Vladimir Ivkovic is not just a DJ, but a storyteller of sounds, a connoisseur of music and a brilliant artist. With a unique talent for selecting records and slowly inviting them to intertwine into complex and compelling narratives, Vladimir has been pushing the boundaries of electronic music since the 80s. 

Although he has been making music for almost two decades, he really honed his craft and gained exposure when he became resident at Düsseldorf’s Salon des Amateurs club alongside Lena Willikens, Toulouse Low Trax and Wolf Muller.

Central American born Silent Servant has performed worldwide in clubs from LA, Berlin to Osaka. A chance meeting with Karl O'Conner in 1999 would establish a friendship that would open the door to the Sandwell District label in 2006. Silent Servant's sound is a reinterpretation of early '80s post-punk electronics, paired with the deep, metallic sounds of Basic Channel and Downwards.
