Matt was one of the first bodies on a beatnik hosted dance floor way back in 2018 when we managed to get Tristan Da Cunha to come down to our very first party with a beg and a plea. 

Not only was he the first on the dance floor but he then didn’t part ways with until 3 blurry days later, spent in a jam packed Manchester airbnb where the no party policy was rudely unadhered to. There’s a solid foundation for a friendship. 

Matts part of the collective responsible for bringing The Imaginarium in leeds to life which is nothing sort of an effervescent cauldron of culture, sick heads and wall to wall beats. We need more Matt JLs.

FutureCast 009 - Saudade

We are delighted to welcome Berna to the Animism podcast series. 

Born and breed in Gran Canaria, Berna has been formulated to seek and care for underground music, building over 15 years its own relevance as one of the key figures in the electronic scene of the Spanish island with residencies at the local Velvet, Rebel and Mood clubs.

Merging a unique flair and methodical ear, Berna’ sophisticated, effective and dynamic sets are deeply marked from timeless house to the very finest of micro, acid and breakbeat. 

As well as an experienced selector, Berna has released colorful remixes for Warm Keys EP and Reverse EP, altogether with his own production, the sensorial and striking eponymous Dipstick EP, combining groovy notes to a deep house imprint.

His friendships in the island and support around the world have brought around him an authentic communit of music lovers. In 2008, he joins Javier Carballo to
create Underyourseat, record label and event agency, proving the worth of bringing international DJs to the island while supporting the local scene with underground music events such as the Soundgardens, MTRC and more.

Since 2017, Berna expands his artistic horizons discovering outer cities like Barcelona, London and Berlin. He has now been living in the UK capital for few years, participating in the local raves and parties.

Berna keeps in the lookout for spine-tingling sounds as well as those flickering, meaningful experiences in the underground scene while he continues building his
trajectory as a DJ and music producer.

After a bit of a hiatus, following a string of parties in 2023 featuring a Halloween haunt and a Mexico City whopper, our next podcast comes from party honchos Eric Chinchilla and Austin Gambino AKA Chilly & Gams. These two have been swinging the hi hats for around a decade in Brooklyn, with recent international escapades in CDMX and Berlin at the famed Golden Gate.

Branders is known for throwing parties around his city, promoting an underground electronic sound derived, and booking only the finest up and coming talent from around the UK and Europe.

Madloch's 3rd Avenue is pleased to welcome back Argentinian producer Gero Pellizzon with his first solo release on the label, the Sonar EP. After making his debut earlier this year on the We Are the Future 2025, Vol. 1 compilation, Gero returns with a project that highlights his melodic sensibility and finely tuned approach to progressive house.

Alongside the original, the EP features three diverse remixes from an international selection of artists. Argentina's Kevin Yair delivers a deep and hypnotic take, while US-based producer Ev Rymd reimagines the track with his atmospheric and textured style. Rounding out the package, Brazilian duo Cipriani & Hans Gerd join forces for a collaborative rework, infusing Sonar with driving rhythms and a warm, emotive edge.
