Well, if this section is at the beginning of the show most of the time it feels like we're just escaping the atmosphere, so something on those lines like 'Soundtrack to Escape'. Scene: "We're on a ship, venturing into the deepest darkest parts of the cosmos on a tour of our galaxy. Our captain DJ Complexion has just notified everyone on board that we have successfully completed the launch sequence and if you look out side, you'll see the first glimpses of the great void which envelopes us. It's the most humbling site to see as a human, the realisation that despite the wars, politics, successes, emotions and celebrations we're subjected to every day on earth -- we're but merely a drop of ink in the pages of our galaxy's history. The captain, realising this is a time of great reflection and realisation for many of the passengers, selects a piece of music each on trip to play, whilst the ship sits silently soaking in its sublime, yet humbling surroundings."

Eritrean-American DJ, producer an all-around creative Eden Hagos brings visibility to those future sounds that you can’t quite put your genre finger on. Deeply rooted in underground hip-hop, sample-based, percussion-heavy tunes, and future bass, Eden’s ear for unique sounds has kept her digging since her uncle gave her her first Fugees album at age 16.

Eden has dropped 20 mix-tapes - the third installation, "Currently", caught the attention of OkayPlayer deeming the young beatstress "a prophet of future sounds". The beat scene and local producers started listening and partnerships with artists, labels, and connectors in the community became plentiful.

Miss Hagos’ love for creative culture has led to opportunities to perform at underground clubs, international festivals, and celebrity and fashion events alike. She has opened for Snakehips, Anderson. Paak, Jmsn, Syd tha Kid, Tokimonsta, Sango, and Goldlink to name a few.

Eden is poised to bring light to the beat makers in this movement while uncovering and educating folks along the way of all of the genres that exist within these future sounds.
