I really want to give another BIG thank you to Leonard Lacsamana (Co-President) of Poly Founders (A multi-disciplinary organization for entrepreneurs) based at Cal Poly Pomona for having me. I am very humbled by those who attended and listened to what I had to say. This was my first time speaking about Soulection and my journey to a public audience and as a special guest. 

I really went as deep as I could within an hour and 26 minute session about my story and how Soulection was founded with Guillaume Bonte (96) and I back in January 2011 and how we brought on Andre Power afterwards. I talked about the pre-history of Soulection and touched on topics such as passion, the music industry today, my personal life, adversity, technology, social media, analytics, and more. I hope you can gain something from listening to me. This isn't about me flaunting my story or being self-indulgent. I am humble and many people have requested for me to upload this audio recording because people want to know the story. I look forward to doing more of these kind of speeches on a larger scale in the near future. Until then enjoy and thank you for your support.

Make Up ft. Abhi Dijon

Really excited to be joined by one of my favourite producers and artists on the show this month, the incredible @camobi 🏆

I first came across his productions way back in 2013 with his work on Chance The Rapper’s ‘Acid Rap.’ Since then he's gone on to work with some of Hip Hop and R&B’s biggest stars including the likes of J. Cole, SZA, Isaiah Rashad, Noname, Mick Jenkins to name but a few. In the last couple of years he’s also started to release his own solo work with a string of singles and i’m excited to hear the whole album he’s got on the way.

Cam joins me for an extended episode of the show to talk about working with Chance The Rapper on the Grammy award winning 'Acid Rap', his love of computer game music, the ups and downs of the music industry and so much more.
