Born in Neuss (Germany) he started composing at the age of 15 yaers. He studied composition (first private with Composer Michael Denhoff in Bonn until 1998) than at Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst Frankfurt (Main) with Prof. Isabel Mundry  and (2003 i.V., with Jörg Birkenkötter) and did my diploma Oct. 2004 with best possible predicate (1,0). His compositions are performed in office since 1993, in many places in Germany but also in other countries (Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Tchech Republic). He got several stipends, prizes and also references and comissions (selection): 2001/2002: stipends of the Frankfurter Künstlerhilfe (a foundation of the Lions Club), 2001: Invitation to Composition Workshops Romainmotier (Switzerland) and comission for Work "Habiter un éclair", 2002: nomination für World Music Days in Hong Kong by Jury of IGNM (work "habiter un éclair"), 2003: Commission for Festival "10 years roc" (Rundfunkorchester und Chöre, Berlin, Finalist at Boris Blacher Composition Prize (UdK Berlin), 2005: Comission of Schillerjahr (HfmdK Frankfurt am Main), 2006: Commission for Goethe-Jahr premiered at Festival "Kasseler Musiktage",2008: 1st Prize at International Composition Competition Saarlouis, 3rd Prize Composition Competition Weimar, 2010: Commission Tonhalle Düsseldorf f.
