Nine Inch Nails - Dead Souls (Beside You In Time Rehearsal)

Stressball was a power metal band from New Orleans in the '90s & early '00s. They released a self-titled album in 1994 on Pavement Records. In 1995, drummer Joe Fazzio left the band to join Superjoint Ritual and Hank III. He was replaced by Jeremy Falgoust, who had played in a death metal band called Infant Slug. While sticking to their power metal roots, the band also added a bit of blues influence. This is an unreleased demo tape that they recorded in '00. It was digitized off of a cassette tape that Jason Pizzolato has had in his possession since the demo was recorded. He recorded his copy from Stressball guitarist, Lennon Laviolette. The death metal band that Jason played guitar for in the '90s, Apostasy, played two shows with Stressball.

New Religion was a technical thrash band from New Orleans in the late '80s & early '90s. Their vocalist, Marc Brignac, later joined Graveyard Rodeo (he appeared on their "On the Verge" LP). Bassist Scott Williams (R.I.P.) later joined Soilent Green, & he appeared on several of their releases. Tracks 1 - 3 are from New Religion's "Freaks Unleashed Demo '89", & tracks 4 & 5 are from their "Demo '91".

The first full length album from Agonist Revival in 5 years is finally here. 

 Starting in the unlucky year of 13 in between writing sessions for (the ill fated) A Grave For Jason album that was never released. After a two year "recovery period" that was badly needed after having gone nearly 10 years with no break, "Sphaerics" is first on a long list of new releases making their way to the fans, friends, and public (in general). Mere words cannot begin to describe this album. IT is meant to be experienced, not just heard. This is not your average fare, and this is certainly not meant for the casual listener. "Spaerics" picks up exactly where "Altomare" left off, and then casts all preconceived notions into the garbage where they belong. 

Enjoy this gift, as it is for the people that actually stuck around.
