Offtrack - Full Circle EP

The concept of this EP reflects on how we as humans always revert to going ‘Full Circle, with 
whatever it is we do. In this case Offtrack’s production techniques come ‘Full Circle’.
The EPs title ‘Full Circle’ also hints at the type of techno & how it is inspired by the sound of the 
90s & 2000s ‘loop’ driven sound

Release info: 
Elad Magdasi has long been entrenched in the rave scene, first and foremost, as a dancer. It is precisely this edge which can be felt in the emotional but powerful fabric he weaves into his productions.
This 4-track EP is no exception and starts strong with two emotional trance'y tunes and culminates into two hypnotising club grooves.
This first EP release by LAP records is the start of a sub series focusing on promising and skilled artists. The main series is, of course, delayed by pressing plant issues and will focus on PAL residents and established artists as well.

This track sat in my projects for over three years. Every time I worked on it, it always seemed it 
was never going to end, or id never reach a point of satisfaction with it. The track always took a 
turn in a new direction & was always developing into something else, hence its title ‘Untold 
Formation’’.

techniques for this track. I reverted to the basic principles & the track came together quickly. This 
is in contrast to ‘Untold Formation’’. 
‘Reverting to basic principles enabled a full circle in production techniques for this EP, which is 
where the name & concept came from’.

Aero – ‘For my remix I wanted to kind of touch on the full circle concept. My track always reverts 
back to the beginning, it gets very busy and exciting but always reverts back to the beginning and 
sometimes in abrupt fashion. The track often breaks to nothing and becomes quite heavenly and 
euphoric, before returning to its hectic nature. I think the nature of this track comes full circle’

Offtrack - Untold Formation  (Aero Remix)   [ CREP006_T ]

Ben Ritz has released EPs on Sweat Equity and Merge Layers. He's not afraid of the high bpms, but this isn't all blender no tender. This is futuristic, hard yet funky techno that is undeniably for the freaks. Find him in NYC or on his vinyl debut right here.

A1 "Up And Down" opens up with an ear-worm, repetitive melody that bangs and jacks with the hard kick and hi-hats. Freakish manipulation of the melody, tasteful breakdown and build-up, and a good dose of space throughout the track make this an undeniable sweat-dripper, trippy chugger. A2 "Do Make Me Strange" has a similarly catchy diddy that undulates around the drums. Restraint is the key here. Hard but funky, with distorted and drippy acidic takes on the main simplistic melodic line--this is a cerebral come-up, cooling your sweaty skin and leading your body to the nooks and crannies of the Hyper Groove.

The title track "Easily Disturbed" opens up the B side by ushering in the mood of the later hours. This is titillating, popping, syncopated, subtle, but still raucous techno right here. Perfect for mid-peak and when you're in your head, sending forces of rave rhythm telepathically to the rest of the dance floor. "Crystalline" closes out the EP with a boom and bang. Hypnosis overcomes. The ego-death has won out against your anxieties. This is music for the thrill-seekers of metropolitan dystopias worldwide...executed with nuance and style.

"Protect The Sky" is the title and it has been inspired from Etapp Kyle's words about the meaning of the colors of the Ukrainian flag in one of his post on Instagram, where the blue represents the wide blue sky and the yellow the wheat fields symbolizing respectively the Calm and the Joy which characterize the country. We stand for these values which cannot be afflicted or denied by nobody.


Due to the extreme emergency is very important to collect money in the faster way possible; people there urgently need funds to keep defending their country and have a chance to save their lives.

This is the very first project of the label CONTREPOINT, that was created by the “breton” collective of the same name, to highlight emerging talents from the local scene.
It’s also the first LP for Klud, the young french artist comes up with a 6 track plus 2 remix. Techno, trance, rave and acid influences converge in this LP, and shows all the styles that pushed him into electronic music. He really wanted to work with the talented Umbraid, who bring a more trancy vibe, the whole embellished by a remix from MZA.
Inspired by the 90’s techno scene and the new mental one he built his universe around tech- no & trancy vibes and gilded with time to more fast techno. This LP is like an experimentation of a different sort of style and bpm to bring his audience in a groovy melancholic dance.
Attractive and powerful, Klud’s techno is like an experience of seduction in the image of his nocturnal journey.
