Stylistically, Max leans toward a stronger, more driving sound, while Leon’s roots lie in the big room and expansive atmospheres. As Feinherb, they mix the deck anew – combining structure with spontaneity, groove with grit, and always a good dose of playfulness and energy.

This mix is a strictly vinyl mix and one take recording. She had an external cd burner, connected my rec out, put an empty cd in the slot and pressed rec. She didn't know how to edit in computers at the time so it's really "what you hear is what you get". Already at this time she loved a lot of variety in the beats, distortion and blend it with melodic parts. Inspired by early Umek, British murder boys and a favorite was Adam Beyer's early, now shut down, label Mad Eye. @aemma_official

Concrete – Our Story

Concrete was founded in 2018 with a podcast series, inspired by the techno culture of the 90s in Berlin. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down clubs in 2020 and made it impossible to celebrate in familiar spaces, the team made a pivotal decision: they organized illegal raves at off-locations – events that often ended with a heavy police presence and helicopter deployments.

But they were not discouraged. On the contrary, they evolved. From underground events to major club nights in Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam. Supported by an outstanding team of lighting and sound technicians, they managed to transform off-locations into warehouse-style spaces and professionally equip the legendary E-Werk in Berlin, as well as numerous festivals. During this time, they shaped the scene with unique energy and vision.

Concrete’s greatest dream was to build their own float for the Loveparade. And in 2023 – after years of hard work and determination – that dream finally became a reality.

With changes in the team and new priorities, Concrete will focus entirely on music releases in the coming years, continuing to enrich the dance music culture.
