ALL CAPS W/ CONE - Voices Radio - 24/11/2022

Had my good friend Thodèn on my Voices Radio show back in Jan (ignore the date on the graphic, I got that wrong lol). Anyways this came out before a Great Danes show I was running that Thodèn was playing at where we hosted K means and we were feeling super inspired by some of her faster sets. I kicked things off with half an hour of dark, footworky jungley booty shaking 160's before passing the reigns to Thodèn who put his own spin on things. Enjoy :)

For this instalment of ALL CAPS, I kicked things off slow with a bit of dancehall and then gradually built through the gears and really started to ramp it up with some UK Techno, Leftfield Bass and more. 

This time around, I welcomed Birmingham based rising star, LILITH for a delicious guest mix featuring Baile, UK Funky, Dubstep and other percussive Club sounds. 

Co-founder of Birmingham based promotion Club Bandit and new Manchester based collective Lustrous, Lilith certainly knows how to shake things up, and this time around was no different…

Have recently been asked to take part in the Candid Orange Mix series so here is a fairly genre fluid mix of tunes ranging from IDM, UKG, Hard Drum, Bass Music, Breaks, Electro and various Left-field sounds with the odd surprise sprinkled in here and there 🥴🤠. 

Candid Orange is an independent magazine based across the UK, by 20 something year olds for 20 something year olds. Politics, opinion and culture. Socially conscious, culturally minded. 🍊🍊🍊
