A departure from Timothy's usual facemelting techno, ‘Knife Edge Heart’ stands as an unabashed pop song whose shimmering exterior is cut through with flashes of steely darkness. Frequent collaborator Natalie Reiss’ glacial voice is held at the perfect level of remove, while Timothy allows his love of shoegaze to blossom with a guitar line that seems to extend like a ladder to the stars.

Following his single ’There Is Peace Beyond’, which saw support from Lane 8, Dosem, and Edu Imbernon, prodigious producer Nox Vahn (FKA Fairchild) now releases his double-cut 'Brainwasher / Walking With Giants’.

A standout track of Above & Beyond’s recent warm up set at ABGT350, with its foreboding spoken word verses and incomparably dark builds, ‘Brainwasher’ is set to be a DJ staple this winter. Described as “an ode to dance music, partying, and clubbing as a form of escape from the Brainwashers” (i.e. one's daily distractions), Nox Vahn’s latest captures the emotion of late night warehouse raves and foggy memories.

LNOE is closing off the year with another collaboration from Sasha, this time alongside rising star Franky Wah. This release gives a taste of the musical ties between the two and paints a unique picture across the 4-track EP. Franky Wah has been making a name for himself releasing on labels such as Afterlife and Ministry Of Sound amongst others.

‘Haunted’ the title track shows instantly that the combination of these two artists is certainly not a gimmick and sets the tone for the release. Franky commenting on their collaboration says: "Sasha has played a huge part in putting me on the map by supporting my music, so it’s an honour to be able to collaborate on this project with an artist that I’ve always looked up to. This EP is a perfect amalgamation of both of our sounds and I’m really proud to get this one out.”

The raw break-beats drum sounds which we all know and love, paired with modern melodic synthesizer work and dreamy vocals make up the recipe for this standout record. The sonic character oscillates between these energetic grooves and dreamlike states. The release will feature four original collabs, all defining another perspective on the sound between Sasha and Franky.

Config also known under his producer alias Wouter Vermeire, is a Belgian dj/producer who was already fashioned by music at very young age. When he was a teenager, he was already interested in very melodic tracks and it wasn't a surprise that Robert Miles - Children was a track he always remembered from his childhood. It was a first sign that Config wouldn't be the kid with the usual taste in popular music. No, he was interested in a kind of music that went deeper and moved people.

He grew up in times where Trance was still played on the radio and without any doubt this has affected the way he's still playing his music now. During the last years Config crossed many styles of music. The first style he really got interested in was Progressive Trance and Progressive House, during the period when Sultan, Matthew Dekay, Sasha, and many others had their great days. But as the time went by he slowly moved on to the more energetic kind of melodic music, Trance.
The way trancetracks could move him and touch his snares was something he really enjoyed. Great euphoric feelings that caused so many emotions; it were great times to listen to Trance. Therefor, it wasn't a surprise his first dj sets were mostly tranceminded.
However, in 2006 Config was getting a little fed up by the sound in the world of trance.. The tracks lost the touch they had years before, and to him it felt too generic, too artificial. During 2006 his sets were mostly crossover sets from progressive to trance, with progressive slowly taking over.

In 2007 Config decided to leave trance behind and totally focus on Progressive again, his biggest love. From there on he varied from playing House to even Techno, still with 'melody' as the most important aspect in his sets. He also started making mashups with his favourite tracks, which resulted in some support by some of the most famous dj's in the scene, like James Zabiela and DJ Orkidea.

In Autumn of 2012 Config caught the producervirus and started producing together with JEOF, and solo aswell.

A bit later JEOF, Config and POW formed the Beernem-based producer alias, Wild Guess. The first track is signed and scheduled to be released in 2014.
