Sonny & The Sunsets' main songwriter, Sonny Smith, decided to turn one hundred fictional band and song titles into one hundred actual songs and record sleeves. Sonny made up the song titles and recorded all the corresponding songs, while he and fellow visual artists designed the artwork for the fictional albums. 

"If You Don't Make a Change" is from Sonny's moniker Don Adora'e, one of the one hundred fictional bands.
