Congo In Oakland came about as the result of an ongoing discussion between Billy Shaw and RdUNLAP of dadala. Nobody really remembers why, but we think it might have something to do with "Humpty Dumpty in Oakland" and an unresolved dispute about whether chimps or elephants were the superior oil-based artists.
