Conjunto Tahona: Born in New York City under the direction of Luis Córdoba. The group consists of 9 members with a vision to honor the Lord and following Joe Arroyo salsa New York musical line revealing unreleased compositions .
In 2011 they had two unreleased tracks which identify Al Set Tahona , the issues are : bakery and Joe pa ti
                                                                                                         In their presentations and achievements may be mentioned several , in 2012 make their presentation in the most representative in Bogota salsa , salsa festival in the park 2012 , event and festival orchestras University of Santo shots, presentations have been made in other cities like Medellin , where they were invited by the San Diego (El Poblado ) Cubanita Mall and Bar in ( the village ) .
In 2013 are selected from several groups to perform at the auditorium of the Foundation Gilberto Alzate Avendaño being recognized as the promoter in supporting culture and May make their exclusive presentation in Bogota with Mr. Jose Mangual Jr . throughout the whole of this year has also been invited on several occasions to make presentations and workshops salsa on the faculty of the University District arts Education . In November they made their presentation in San diego ( Medellín) in the event called the 40 hours of salsa in San Diego.
Currently the group is already recognized and named in the city, and makes presentations on the most representative Bogota Bars , including: Cuban Jazz , Coffee & Book, Salsacamará , Casa Buenavista party ( the master of salsa ) Orchestra Commotion Set vs bakery , Sandunguera Bar , Bar Pantheon sauce . Having thus recognition and public acceptance.
The mission of the Joint Tahona is to reach the general public with its Latin rhythms and continuing the legacy of our great musicians and continue projecting our cultural wealth.


The objective is to show Tahona artistic and musical value of the time, both for young people, as connoisseurs of classic salsa , as the group has musicians of various nationalities trajectory and mixing experience with youth , achieving Share our musical essence that has been widely accepted .
