What should we write in the description of @armenmiran’s set? That we had yet to know who Armen was but felt as if we had grown up together? That he is the only artist who has played 10 hours straight in the “homard” room? That we beat our brains out to create the name and brand ID of Armen’s label, and now his cover pictures? That he has always inspired us to believe in what we do? Or that he has rewritten the set several times to finally be able to communicate the essence of Rambalkoshe? In fact, no matter what we say, it is impossible to explain all we have gone through together and everything else we have yet to accomplish.

P.S. miorambalhoom [mɪˈɔrʌmbʌlˈhuːm] is a hybrid word with some Armenian involved — mi(one)+ or(day)+ Rambalkoshe + Hoomidaas Records — which basically means “one day in Rambalkoshe and Hoomidaas Records”. On the other hand, the word “hoom” (հում) means “raw” in Armenian, so everything is not as simple as you could have hoped for.

Hello angel,

It has been a while since we wrote to you, but we are happy to say that we are coming in strong. Starting the first days of the decade with a set of podcasts by musicians we adored from a little distance but that are close to our heart.

Before you the podcast of the two Russian superstars Gorje Hewek & Izhevski. They presented a beautiful journey that takes us to shores and places faraway even though we are glued to our desk on a rainy day in Amsterdam. 

Excited to connect with these two talents on one of our shows soon but for now, this one is on repeat.

Arina Mur is an electronic music artist from Ekaterinburg, Russia. She started her career in DJing in 2014 and has already been noted by several successful releases in 2018. Her sets are the harmony of melody, consisting of bright house releases, filled with deep sound and magnetic energy.

The first release on the label “Truesounds Music” received great support from such famous musicians as Nick Warren, Soul Button, Cid Inc., Igor Marijuan, Gab Rhome, etc. The Remix for Hernan Cerbello -“Meloman” released on the Truesounds Music label has been at the top of the Beatport Deep house top-100 and Beatport Hype charts for several weeks by now.
