The term "Renaissance Man" is one that Tom Mangan must be familiar with by now.  By day, Tom juggles a popular clothing brand Millionhands and a thriving family life. By night,  Tom moonlights as Tee Mango, an artist and producer with a decades long career and acclaimed works to his name; illustrious mainstays such as Caribou, Leon Vynehall, Tim Sweeney, and the Studio Barnhus team have all shown Tom support, and it's easy to see (or hear) why.

Tee Mango has every finger on the pulse of what makes a dancefloor shake, and his latest remix for Bill Brewster and Ray Mang's latest Mang Dynasty release, Crash The Box, further confirms this. We now have the absolute pleasure and delight to chat a bit with Tom about the stepper, as well as his path up to now and where it may lead next.

They are among the emerging artists of that new German scene of kids that make house inspired by old Jazz and Funk records. The boys are mad about rare vinyl. And they love to make music with a positive spirit. Yes, there is something sunny in their tracks. Something that instantly makes you want to move. We heard so many mixtapes that started with a COEO track. Makes sense: They are perfect to set a vibe. A good mood. But if you know that the COEO boys work in a studio over the roofs of Munich, with a fantastic view over the lights of the city, with a great vibe where you see all the glammy colors of the light in the night.. then you understand why COEO's music sounds as it sounds.

GLBDOM PODCAST041  with M.ono @m-ono

 M.ono is a DJ and producer based in Leipzig, Germany.
He is one of the founders of Rose Records which was formed in 2011.

As a youngster M.ono was inspired by the House, Drum & Bass and Hip Hop sounds of the late 90s and early 2000s. His deep love and appreciation for music across all genres and eras are an inspiration for his productions which can be seen as sunny, emotional house tracks often with big piano chords and funky swinging basslines.

Easydance – M.ono’s first Artist EP on Rose Records – was very well-received and supported by DJs like Move-D, Moomin, Wolf Music and DJ Koze. The most successful track on this EP ‘Holding Back California’ was exclusively licensed for Move D ́s Fabric Mix CD.

In collaboration with his label partner Luvless he produced tracks for labels like Kolour Recordings, Dirt Crew Recordings, Ors, Ourselves, Traxx Underground, Tsuba and Rose Records under the synonym of ‘M.ono & Luvless’.

Outside of Rose Records, he has released music on labels like Heist Recordings, Razor N Tape, Dirt Crew, Suol, Night Grooves, Tenth Circle, 	Honey Butter Records,  Brown Eyed Boyz or Afin. Also he released a couple of remixes for Heist Recordings, Compost Records, Blaq Numbers, The Exquisite Pain or Rivulet.
