Following the warm reception of “Change, Release, Rift” on Observant, Other Form returns to his own label for Unknown Movements’ final release of 2021 and is joined by the talents of Quelza (Mord, Hayes, Newrhythmic, KSR) and Polygonia (Lowless, PhonoTropismi, Bahn, IO) on remix duties, with Temudo (Klockworks, Warm Up, Hayes, Soma) in the mastering seat.

Opener “Public Layer” brings the combination of ’floor-ready urgency and cavernous sound design that Other Form is becoming known for before the pace is changed radically for “Protista”: a slow and sticky descent into murky waters reminiscent of latter-day Regis. “Mirrorpath” then forks yet again, with its caustic snares and sub-lines paying homage to the producer’s home of Bristol.

The two remixes of “Mirrorpath” take the track in wildly different directions, both barely related to the original, and pull it off the ledge into more experimental underworlds. Quelza’s interpretation opts for a textural rhythmic frenzy, full of tension; Polygonia’s opens a tunnel of swirls, throbs, wobbles, and disembodied vocal samples.

Artist Info:
Born in Campinas City (Brazil), Gabriela Mariano started her professional career in 2001, and really reinvented herself during the years. As resident in legendary clubs and parties in her hometown, and also former member of "Motormorfoses" project, a complex live set without any computer on the setup. The "Motormorfoses" duo made their first european tour in 2007, fixing home in Barcelona and branding their name in the HardTechno scene all over the world by performing live and 4 decks sets in many of the greatest techno festivals and clubs in europe and beyond. As producer, she has many releases by several labels and her tracks are played by important artists such as Volvox, Kobosil, Shlomo, and more.
"Sheefit" is currently resident of "Bicuda", a queer party in Brasil. In her sets, she reaches  the perfect balance between, light and shadow, tenderness and power.

Lucas Nahuel better known as "Luke", born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He began to experiment with electronic music at the age of 15, and at 19 he decided to immerse himself in the world of minimal and techno.
Over the years, techno became a great friend with whom he currently represents Luke in his presentations.
What he seeks to express is his vision of techno in each of his sets, generating tension and dense environments, playing with effects sends and analog drum machines, in order to generate something more defined. He is currently working to improve his sound.

A key resident at the legendary Club Rioma in Mexico, Gog is a DJ and producer who sculpts many different styles of house and techno and does so for outlets like Motek, Wild Wolves On Acid and InfraDig records. He has also been behind the Louder Music label since 2012 and can do everything from deep and considered warm up sets and sounds to pumping and peak time tackle. Starting out in 1998 he became well known in Mexico and is now a rising name on the world scene
