Plaisirs Sonores Records announce the release of 'Gems, pt. 1', their first-ever VA featuring three talented artists from different parts of the world: Maezbi and Paul (AR), both from Argentina, and Savvas from Greece. The release showcases the unique sounds and styles of each artist, making it a must-listen for fans of electronic music.

Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint continues a strong spring season by showcasing new interpretations of 'Three Drops of Dopamine' by about : river. Released in May of last year, the artist EP found the prolific father and son duo crafting some of their most immersive productions to date. The three-track showcase went on to receive play and support from a wide assortment of fans and industry tastemakers, ultimately cementing the Estonian outfit as one of electronic music's most inimitable duos. Now, ten months on from the EP's release, Sound Avenue invites Powel, Haen and Secretly Famous to re-imagine the project for the 2023 spring / summer season.

The release concludes with Secretly Famous making their label debut with the lone interpretation of 'One Word'. Hailing from Australia, the Secretly Famous production duo first emerged in 2021 with a series of releases via 3xA Music and BQ Recordings, before going on to make their debut on Sound Avenue affiliate Future Avenue later that same year. 2022 proved to be an impactful year for the elusive pair, with a quarter one offering via Freegrant Music leading to projects for Sound Avenue affiliate 3rd Avenue, along with Massive Harmony Records and Sommersville. Now, stepping up to Sound Avenue for their label debut, Secretly Famous dials in a progressive minded take on 'One Word'. Built around a deep thumping framework, the Aussie duo focuses on rhythm and groove across the first act, nicely balanced with a healthy dose of atmospheric colour and elastic-like chord stabs. Looking to bring greater emotional depth, the main break reveals a gorgeous primary theme, delicately dancing across exotic drums and phasing textures, as modulation peaks for uplifting finale.

Munich-based label Plattenbank proudly presents the new release by the Colombian progressive house guru Kamilo Sanclemente. This talented artist from Cali displays next-level talent and leads an intellectual take on the genre, pushing the boundaries and boldly going into uncharted territories. His 23-minute material includes two collaborations with his fellow countrymen Dabeat and Juan Pablo Torrez and one with his Brazilian colleague Andre Moret. Mantura with Juan Pablo Torrez is a work of art based on enchanting chords, seductive stabs, Latin melodic scales, intriguing otherwordly vocals, and progressive grooves. Vekants with Dabeat introduces another state of trance powered by futuristic sound effects, an arpeggio theme, and a fluid arrangement. Infinity with Andre Moret draws from a pallet of melancholia and joy fused in a colorful sonic landscape. The release is much more than a collection of powerful dancefloor tracks. Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint rounds out the month of April by showcasing new interpretations of 'Amirim' by Choopie and Golan Zocher. With a career that spans the better part of three decades, Israeli artist Choopie is widely regarded as one of his country's premiere electronic music talents. Releases via Bedrock and Yoshitoshi laid the groundwork for what has been a storied career, one which has enjoyed a resurgence in recent years. Meanwhile, Colombian born, Israel based artist Golan Zocher has enjoyed similar success across his five-year career, landing releases via Nick Warren's The Soundgarden and Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music. Paired occasionally since 2020, Choopie and Golan have masterfully synthesized their talents and found that creative balance between progressive and organic house, taking their enchanting sound to Mango Alley, Sol Selectas and Choopie's own Agnosia Black imprint. Madloch's Sound Avenue has also been a landing spot for the duo, with 'Alush' highlighting the label's popular Correlation series in 2021, ultimately leading to 2022's three-track showcase 'Amirim'. Now, looking to build on the success of 'Amirim', Sound Avenue invites Kyotto, Inherent (AU)
and Figueras to re-imagine the EP for 2023's spring season.

Beloved for their combination of groove and melody, NuFects return to Clubsonica for their much-anticipated debut EP. Conceptualized in 2013, Colombian artists Alejo Cortes and Carlos Lopez aka NuFects decided to undertake a project full of energy, joy, colour and intrigue. They started producing progressive and organic house under the name NuFects, quickly earning recognition from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Cid Inc, along with very important local talents Dabeat, Gux Jimenez and Kamilo Sanclemente. Also finding a place in the more melodic uptempo realms of the genre, legends Paul Oakenfold and Solarstone became NuFects supporters, playlisting their music and making the duo a legit crossover act. Having made their Clubsonica debut in 2013 with a remix of 'The Red Knot' by Symmetry Obs, Nufects now makes a welcome return to the label for their debut EP 'Wild | Sordina', alongside remixes from Juan Deminicis and Sebastian Sellares.

Returning to the label and providing the lone interpretation of 'Wild' is Juan Deminicis. As a favourite of progressive music's top tastemakers in Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J, the Argentinean artist has released on some of the genre's finest imprints over the course of his now fifteen year career. Hoomidas, Lost and Found, Replug, Souksonic and Sudbeat Music have all been regular landing spots for the talented Buenos Aires resident. Also a highly regarded DJ, Juan has programmed music for some of his country's trendiest venues, in turn sharing the stage with 16 Bit Lolitas, D-Nox, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Jody Wisternoff and Roy Rosenfeld. With three remixes for the label across the last five calendar years, Juan makes a welcome return to Clubsonica, taking 'Wild' into deeper territory. Rather than burst into a dancefloor whirlwind or electronic symphony, Juan's interpretation evokes its emotions through slow burn repetition, dodging expectations and emphasizing its conceptual charm, painting idyllic scenes of solitude, as hypnagogic motifs unveil a semi-conscious dreamland, before the Argentine's progressive attitude reveals itself during a second act of driving grooves, haunting atmospheres and cosmic effects.

Following on from the success of their inaugural release 'Mythical Creatures', roku welcomes Chriss V and Olart to the label for their debut EP. Hailing from Albania, Chriss V has been a fixture of the electronic underground for the better part of two decades. Highly regarded as a DJ, Chriss has shared the stage with a variety of top international talents, with Solomun, Eric Prydz, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Henry Saiz, Roy Rosenfeld, Sebastien Leger, Khen, Eli Nissan and Armen Miran being the most notable. As a producer, Chriss has been selective with his projects over the last decade, with Dbeatzion Records, Elliptical Sun Recordings and Inception being the primary landing spots for his progressive sound. Having forged a partnership with newcomer and fellow countryman Olart last year, the duo released their first ever production, a remix of 'Sands of Time' by Gabo Martin and Jesuan M via Nikko.Z's Dopamine White. Now, continuing to build on their creative synergy, Chriss and Olart debut on roku with 'Distance Echoes', alongside remixes from Kostya Outta and Eri D.

The lone interpretation of 'Distance Echoes' is provided by Kostya Outta who makes his label debut. Born and raised in Belarus but now based in Poland, Kostya Outta first emerged just over a decade ago. On the success of early tracks such as 'High Flyers' and 'Silence', Kostya's groovy melodic sound was born, making him a new breed of progressive house producers to watch going forward. A continued evolution in sound across the last three years has seen the Belarusian artist rise into one of the genre's most in demand talents. World class DJs such as Eelke Kleijn, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and more have been steadfast supporters along the way, while releases via Afterglow, Deepwibe Underground and Mango Alley have been discography highlights. Now, following a remix of 'No Control' by Analog Jungs, Kostya makes his roku debut with a gorgeous take on 'Distant Echoes'. Built around a deep thumping framework, Kostya focuses on rhythm and groove across the first act, nicely balanced with a healthy dose of driving percussion and playful arps. Looking to bring greater emotional depth, the main break unveils a gorgeous primary theme, delicately emerging from percussive decays and harmonic refrains for what should be a memorable dance floor moment, before segueing into a brilliant groove-centric finale.
